Nearly 300 condos with one to three bedrooms are available at the 17-acre beachfront resort known as A Place at the Beach III in Eastern North Carolina.

Numerous facilities are available at the resort, such as a nine-hole mini golf course, playground, tennis court, basketball court, soccer goals, electronic security gates, an outdoor pool with a waterslide (open seasonally), an indoor pool and hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub.

Local rental management firms and the resort's website and office both offer rentals.
